Here is my chance to tell you all about my wife. Natalie is my best friend. It's hard to even remember my life before I met her. She works extremely hard to be a wonderful wife and mother. Our daughter often likes to cuddle with me, but she finds her mom's arms the most when she needs to be nurtured and comforted. Natalie loves music more than anyone I know. I love when she sits at our piano and sings along while she plays. She fills our home with music and has taken me to some wonderful broadway shows, which I must say I have actually liked, especially Wicked. I am excited for her to pass this love on to Olivia, who will soon start piano lessons.
My wife works so hard to help people and has a huge heart. I have watched as she has spent time listening to a struggling friend, helped a neighbor who has just had twins, and has constant concern for anyone she knows who is going through any type of struggle. Whether she is giving of her time or just listening she tries to put herself in everyone's shoes and help as best she can. One of her lifelong friends describe her has being devoted and I couldn't agree more. When she becomes connected with someone she is there for them day or night.
Nat also has a goofy side. I love watching her play nonsense games with our daughter. Her laughter brightens our home and lifts my heart. We both enjoy a good comedy when we can find one. Laughing together seems to make all our troubles melt away.
I am so blessed to have such a beautiful, compassionate, hard working, nurturing wife. The Lord has given me such a wonderful gift. She is truly the love of my life.
